Two guys walk into a bar

Why would they do that?

Why were they there?

Was anyone watching?

Would anyone care?

Were they there for a drink?

Or just there on a dare?

I can answer this riddle

For it is clear, I must say

You are thinking of the wrong bar

I will explain why if I may.

You see, you hear bar and thought of a place

One that sells drinks and plays music at a fast pace

But this is not the case for the bar hit them in the face.

How do I know? You may wonder

Because I saw what happened next

As sure as the thunder.

A third guy who walked up ducked under the bar and merely blinked

So you see the bar was a beam not a place of drink.

The first two guys who walked into the bar suffered concussions and were forced to stay in bed

But the third guy was fine and continued on without such pain in his head.

He continued on his way only to find a chicken standing in his way

Then the chicken rushed to the other side of the highway.

Why did the chicken cross the road? Number three asked himself as he ate a snack

“To create a new joke” the chicken yelled back and nearly gave the third man a heart attack.
